This is a full-time, on-site Investor Relations Manager role based in Floriana, Malta. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and prospective investors, including responding to inquiries, preparing regular updates, and coordinating investor meetings and presentations. The role will involve drafting and refining investor communications, including reports, pitch materials, newsletters, and transaction updates, while ensuring consistency with the firm’s brand and regulatory standards. The Investor Relations Manager will collaborate closely with the investment, finance, and operations teams to collect and analyse portfolio data, support fundraising activities, and prepare materials for investor onboarding processes. The position will also include monitoring market and fund performance, coordinating with the Investor Relations team to maintain investor databases and CRM systems, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Skills

1. • Strong investor relations skills, including relationship management, investor communication, and stakeholder engagement.
2. • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and investment data, review and optimise reports, and support decision-making.
3. • A strong foundation in finance and investments, with familiarity with capital markets, alternative investments, and portfolio concepts.
4. • Financial modelling experience and know-how, including the ability to conduct in-depth reviews and present models, projections, and performance analyses.
5. • An advanced degree or professional qualification, such as the CFA or CAIA, would be considered an advantage.
6. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
7. • Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an advantage.
8. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. • Experience in asset management, private equity, real estate, or alternative investments is highly beneficial.
11. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and investor CRM or reporting tools.
12. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
