Description
We are looking for a professional, organised, and service-oriented Front of House Executive to support the smooth running of our office and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and guests. The role combines front-of-house reception, facilities and office coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House
- • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- • Manage incoming calls, emails, customer queries, correspondence, mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, diaries, and hospitality arrangements for meetings and events.
- • Manage and route correspondence and queries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Facilities and Office Presentation
- • Maintain a professional and presentable reception area at all times.
- • Ensure meeting rooms are properly prepared before meetings and restored after use.
- • Support internal events, meetings, and hospitality arrangements when required.
- Administrative Duties
- • Provide high-level administrative and clerical support across the organisation.
- • Assist with photocopying, scanning, document handling, data input, and general operational support tasks.
- • Draft, format, compile, and proofread documents, reports, letters, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- • Assist with compliance and KYC-related documentation, ensuring that required documents are collected, organised, completed, and submitted on time.
- • Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
- • Handle sensitive information and documentation with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

- The ideal candidate will be well-presented, reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Requirements
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- • Professional telephone and written communication skills.
- • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Ability to work independently and support different teams across the organisation.
- • Previous experience in reception, front office, administration, or office coordination is a must.
