We were engaged in the incorporation and financing of the enterprise, including aircraft leasing modelling and sales of services. Once the company was incorporated, we arranged banking, accounting, management and administrative systems.
Asset backed financing was sourced and we designed and developed financial systems for aircraft leasing. In addition, the company documentation was developed and we facilitated the establishment of the airline in East Africa. Our involvement extended to the development of aircraft inspections, valuations, negotiation and maintenance programs as well as the airfreight system.

Our duties extended to research & development of fund registration, client contracts, marketing material and the partnership structure.
