Polymath & Boffin, on behalf of the FES Group, launched the development plans for a new 11-floor hospitality venue for the local market.  

We have led the product development and financing of a sustainable commercial real estate strategy, leading to a premium accommodation built on the principles of wellbeing and personalised hospitality. 

This accommodation features a style defined by a contemporary Mediterranean character with colonial flair, blended with contemporary architectural elements and style cues.  

The design features embody the principles of sustainability including the use of advanced light fixture technology, natural light channels, energy efficiency, smart use of fresh and grey water, circular materials where possible, and biophilic aesthetics driving the sense of wellbeing and natural harmonics throughout.
