Polymath & Boffin is looking to employ an Office Administrator. A role which is pivotal in day-to-day running of the office. An Office Administrator, is in charge of the office's clerical and administrative activities. The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for greeting and directing visitors, scheduling meetings and appointments, and handling clerical chores such as answering phones and replying to emails.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate activities across the organisation to ensure efficiency and adherence to corporate policies.

  • Manage upper management's agendas, travel schedules, and appointments.

  • Emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other types of correspondence can all be managed.

  • Assisting the company's director.

  • Support the company's bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.

  • Supports the Human Resources Manager.

  • Create and maintain financial, personnel, and other data databases and records.

  • To avoid disruptions in routine front-office activities, the Office Administrator must keep track of and replace office supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Analytical and Organised.

  • A People's Person, Dynamic and adheres to Procedures.

  • Negotiation Skills.

  • Relevant job experience, particularly in a related field.

  • Proficiency with a computer, preferably with an ECDL certification.

  • Office 365 oriented (Sharepoint).

  • Minimum 5 years experience

  • Good command of English and Italian will be considered an asset.
