PNB are offering the rare opportunity to enter the exclusive aviation market, acting on behalf of a consortium of aircraft management companies who are offering investment in Aviation Lease Finance Loans (ALFL). The assets are a combined fleet under management of 100+ aircraft, where the acquired aircraft are appraised and past the initial high depreciation curve. The fleet are exclusively managed by professional aircraft management companies who are providing a performance guarantee and to return aircraft within a day of a default on a lease. Funds collected during the term of the lease to cover the cost of maintenance are expected to accumulate to 30% of the deal value over time.
