Polymath & Boffin have been engaged by a number of top-end operators and brands to raise investments in the area of high quality and service orientated entertainment and amusement events. In Malta this type of event sector has increased greatly in profile over the past 3 years. At the current time, four projects are at hand, with investments ranging from €8-22M, with each project orientated towards international well-known high-end brands. These are being enacted in direct management franchise models, with ownership yielding expected 20%+ returns per annum. Analysis from international reviews predict this trend to reach a peak in the next three to five years.
